RESOURCE FAIR EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION HAS REACHED CAPACITY AND IS NOW CLOSED (AS OF 9/8)

The Resource Fair at the Annual Youth & Peace Conference (YPC) is an important opportunity for youth to learn about community resources, especially organizations whose work relates to centering empathy, destigmatizing mental/behavioral health, self care for wellbeing, and isolation and social media. Exhibitors are invited to present their programs and resources to youth as they arrive to the conference. Interactive tables and giveaways are HIGHLY encouraged to engage youth in conversation around your services and build relationship.

200-250 engaged and enthusiastic young people are expected to arrive at the Palm Court at the Pima Community College West Campus between 8:15 and 9:45am. We are asking all exhibitors to arrive at the West Campus by 7:30-7:45am in order to sign in and get your table set up by 8:00am. Sign in and other details will be communicated ahead of the event. 

 

As a thank you for your organization's time and energy in making this a fun and useful event for attending youth, we invite all exhibitors to make use of the Hospitality Room. Coffee, pastries, and light refreshments will be available to exhibitors, presenters, and volunteers of the event.
