2021 YPC VIRTUAL RESOURCE FAIR EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION

RESOURCE FAIR EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION DEADLINE: FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 5TH

The Resource Fair at the Annual Youth & Peace Conference (YPC) is an important opportunity for youth to learn about community resources, especially organizations that address issues connected with the conference theme. For the virtual 2021 YPC Resource Fair, we are inviting community organizations to provide a 30 second to 1 minute video and/or virtual brochure or flyer explaining your programs and services for youth and young adults. These videos and brochures/flyers will be posted on the Youth and Peace Conference (YPC) Facebook page (facebook.com/youthandpeace) and Instagram (@TucsonYouthAndPeace) beginning on Monday, Nov. 15 and continuing throughout the week leading up to the virtual conference on Friday, Nov. 19, 2021 (look out for the hashtag #TucsonYPCResourceFair2021 on posts!).

To participate in the virtual Resource Fair, please email your submission to Dominique Cruz at dominique@azyp.org by Friday, November 5. Videos should be submitted in MP4 format. Brochures or flyers should be submitted in JPEG or PNG format.

Please include:

  1. Who your organization is and why you care about providing your programs/resources to high school-age youth

  2. Services offered

  3. Your contact information

  4. Social media platforms/handles

  5. Optional: photos and testimonials.

Additional Request for “Give Away” Items:

As you know from participating in “in person” resource fairs, exhibitors typically have a variety of “give away” or promotional items that are available for participants to take with them, such as pens, sunglasses, wristbands, tote bags, stress balls, &/or handouts that contain information about the organization. We are inviting exhibitors for the 2021 virtual Youth & Peace Conference to provide 250 copies of one or more promotional items that we can include in “swag bags” that will be assembled and delivered to each high schooler participating in the conference. To participate in the “promotional item” giveaway of at least 250 items, please email Dominique Cruz at dominique@azyp.org ASAP with what items you would like to have included in the “swag bags”. You will then receive further information on how to deliver the promotional items.
